Question - How do I clean my new toy?
Answer - Use warm soapy water. Avoid Chemicals to clean with.
Question - How do I store my new toy?
Answer - After washing pat dry and then apply some baby powder or talc powder and wrap in cling film and place in the storage provided.
Question - What lube can i use with my new toy?
Answer - We suggest that you use a water based lube as this is safe for your new toy.
Question - I live with my parents and will the delivery be discreet?
Answer - We always ship using discrete packaging and there is NO mention of KX Toys on the outside of the package.
Question - What postage courier do you use?
Answer - We use Royal Mail as our courier. All items are posted out to you in discrete packaging. There is a track and sign for service where you can track your parcel and then you will have to be there to sign for it too.
